The purpose of this organization shall include, but not be limited to the
following educational and charitable goals.

A. To encourage higher education within the Hispanic culture.

B. To raise funds to be used for high school scholarships, activities, and
educational- related purposes.
 
C. To develop assertive citizenship with the spirit of service toward
improving human relationships.

D. To encourage Hispanic studies and to perpetuate the Hispanic culture, all
directed for community enrichment.

E. To not only have a political and cultural influence in the Hispanic community,
but also in the general community.
