  • The International Club meets every Friday at noon in the Administration Building #203. The purpose of this organization is to organize and participate in social activities, community service projects, cultural and educational exchanges and fund-raising activities on campus and in the local community.

  • Suguru Fujiwara, Lewis-Clark Service Corps (AmeriCorps), member for 2005-2006, is serving as the International Student Services Assistant.
     
  • President Dene Thomas of Lewis-Clark State College and Charles Brown of the Lewis-Clark State College Foundation recognized the LCSC International Club as a member of the 2004-2005 President’s Circle . The award is proudly displayed in the International Club Office in the International Programs Building Room 10.
     
  • The International Dinner will be held February 25, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in the Williams Conference Center of Lewis-Clark State College.   This year’s theme is “One World, Many Flavors”.  Last year's cuisine included Nepalese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Mexican, Russian and many other dishes all prepared by students.  The evening’s program featured a fashion show, traditional dances, songs, instruments and many other individual performances.  Members of the International club presented the Sixth Annual International Enlightenment Award to Rick and Robanna Brosten.  Their names have been engraved on a permanent plaque displayed in the Student Union Building.    All proceeds of the international dinner go towards the International Student Scholarship Fund.
